Copyediting ($75 per 2,500 words) focuses on high-level clarity, flow, and sentence-level improvements to help your writing read more smoothly. We spend 3–5 minutes per page, correcting grammar, formatting issues, and writing errors that distract from your message—so you can feel confident your voice is clear and professional. This option is best for confident writers who are looking for polish and APA accuracy.
Detailed Editing ($150 per 2,500 words) provides in-depth, structural feedback to strengthen organization, argumentation, and overall clarity. This level goes beyond sentence-level edits to help refine how your ideas are developed and communicated. We spend up to 10 minutes per page, with special attention to the details. This option is best for writers who would benefit from extra support with organization, flow, and academic voice.
To purchase document editing, select your preferred level of editing below and submit the corresponding deposit. A minimum of 2,500 words (approximately 10 double-spaced pages) is required. The total cost of your document editing will be determined after you share the full document. Rates are $0.03 per word for copyediting and $0.06 per word for detailed editing.
Ensure your references are complete, consistent, and correctly formatted. We verify that all in-text citations match your reference list (and vice versa) and review formatting to align with required style guidelines.
This service includes up to two hours of reference checking, which is sufficient for most projects; any additional time will be billed at our hourly rate of $150/hour.
Weekly structured writing time to help you stay consistent and make real progress. These sessions give you dedicated time to focus, along with the accountability and support needed to keep moving forward. You’ll have access to two writing sessions each week—one during the week and one on the weekend—so you can join in a way that works best for your schedule and goals.
